Part A : How School A Generates Student Release Request in UDISE Plus

Login using your school credentials:

  • Enter User ID
  • Enter Password
  • Select Current Academic Year

After login:

  • A notification popup appears
  • Click Close

From the left navigation menu:

Student Release Request Management → Student Release Request Management Within State

Now click: Go

Select: Generate Student Release Request Within State

Enter:

Student PEN Number11-digit PEN
Date of BirthStudent DOB

Then click:

Get Details

Important : Requests can only be generated for active students.

If the student’s PEN is missing, use Global Student Search.

You can search using:

  • Student Name + Aadhaar Number
  • Student Name + DOB
  • Father Name
  • Mother Name
  • State Selection

Confirm the student is studying in School A by entering:

  • Class
  • Section
  • Admission Date
  • Remarks

Choose admission date from the calendar. Select remarks from dropdown.

Now click: Generate Student Release Request

A confirmation popup appears.

Click: Confirm

You will receive: “Release Request Successfully Generated” along with a request number.


Part B: How School B Approves Student Release Request in UDISE Plus

Once School A submits the request, School B must approve it.

Login with:

  • User ID
  • Password
  • Current Academic Year

Close school information popup.

Navigate: Student Release Request Management → Within State → Go

Choose: Approve Student Release Request Within State

The inbox displays all pending requests.

Here you can view:

  • Student details
  • Request number
  • Request source school
  • Student information

Click the request number to open full details.

Scroll down.

Select: Approve Request

System redirects to: Transfer Certificate (TC) Mark Dropout Module

For this tutorial choose: Left School Already with TC

Click: Confirm
